- Urdu writing support on Windows (Urdu installer or Urdu typing software) — MPW’s language is Urdu
- Jameel Noori Nastaleeq font installed on Windows — MPW uses this font for forms and printing

- Open Download on missalpolicewriting.pk.
- Under Windows, click the Download MPW button.
- Save the file to your Downloads folder.
Do not download MPW from unknown Facebook posts, Telegram channels, or random file sites.
Step 2 — Extract the RAR file مرحلہ 2 — RAR فائل نکالیں
- Right-click the downloaded Missal Police Writing.rar file.
- Choose Extract Here or Extract to folder (WinRAR / 7-Zip).
- Open the extracted folder and find the installer setup file.

- Double-click the setup/installer file.
- Follow the installation wizard.
- MPW installs under Program Files\MPW. Case data typically stays in C:\dbase.

MPW is Urdu software. On your PC you also need:
- Urdu installer or Urdu writing software so you can type Urdu correctly.
- Jameel Noori Nastaleeq font, because MPW uses it for display and printing.
These are third-party tools. We do not host them on missalpolicewriting.pk — install them from a trusted source, then restart MPW.

Launch Missal Police Writing from the Start menu or desktop shortcut. For registration or support, contact HR Solutions on 0319 6662707 or Contact Us.

If install or first launch fails, check these items before trying another download site.
- Windows SmartScreen or “unknown publisher”: only continue if you downloaded the.rar from missalpolicewriting.pk. Extract the archive, then run the installer from the extracted folder — not a renamed.exe from Facebook or Telegram.
- Cannot extract the file: install WinRAR or 7-Zip. If Windows says the file is corrupt, download it again from the Download page.
- Urdu text looks broken: install Urdu writing support on Windows and the Jameel Noori Nastaleeq font from a trusted source. We do not host those third-party files. Restart MPW after installing the font.
- Where did it install? The Windows app typically goes under Program Files\MPW. Case data usually stays in C:\dbase. Do not delete that folder if you need your cases.

Open MPW from the Start menu. Confirm Urdu types in a test case (do not use a live FIR for the test). Confirm you can see Program Files\MPW and that C:\dbase is not blocked by antivirus as “unknown.” Create a backup habit: copy C:\dbase to an encrypted officer-controlled location on a schedule your unit allows. Losing C:\dbase loses local cases.
