In many investigation units two different jobs get mixed up: building the paper missal (FIR identity, zimni, fard, applications, chalan, index) and reading operator Call Detail Record exports (contacts, towers, IMEI, timelines). The first is documentation and consistency across many Urdu and English sheets; the second is analysis of a spreadsheet you were already authorised to hold. They sometimes appear in one file, but they are not the same workflow.

MPW exists because the same FIR facts must appear on chalan, zimni, applications, fard, and dozens of other sheets. Typing them by hand causes mismatch. CDR Analyzer exists because operator Excel/CSV dumps are hard to read as an investigation story: who called whom, which IMEI, which tower, what changed after the incident time.
Neither app replaces lawful process. MPW does not register an FIR at the station. CDR Analyzer does not obtain a CDR from the company; you import files you are authorised to hold.

MPW is for case writing and missal documentation. Use it when you need FIR-related records, Chalans, Zimni, Applications, Fard, progress reports, and other case file forms in Urdu and English.

What is not interchangeable کیا interchangeable نہیں
Putting a CDR inside the missal (the CDR form in MPW) is documentation: a request or a paper in the file. It does not run Most Frequent Contacts or tower maps. Opening MPW will not import Jazz column layouts. Conversely, CDR Analyzer will not print a Punjab-style zimni. Offices that do both jobs keep both installers under Program Files\MPW and Program Files\CDR.
Licensing is separate. Android CDR Analyzer full tabs follow a Windows CDR Analyzer licence (email and mobile recorded by HR Solutions). Android Missal Police Writing print, backup, and laptop transfer follow a Windows Missal Police Writing licence (same email-and-mobile model, a different Play listing, and a different account).
