If you submit the form on the Contact page, your name, email, optional phone, and message are sent through Web3Forms to missalpolice@gmail.com so we can reply. We keep that correspondence only to handle your request. To access or delete a message you sent, email us from the same address. Do not put live case secrets, full CNICs of third parties, or CDR dumps in the form.

Missal Police Writing (MPW) stores all case data locally on your device in SQLite databases. No case data is automatically sent to external servers. All FIR records, Chalans, applications, accused information, and other case-related data remain on your device under your control.
We do not collect, store, or have access to any of your case data. The software is designed for offline use with local storage only.
Missal Police Writing accounts Missal Police Writing اکاؤنٹس
Missal Police Writing for Android uses an online account so you can sign up, sign in, reset your password, and delete your account. This is a different product and a different account from CDR Analyzer. Case files stay in local SQLite databases (DB.sqlite and Specimen.sqlite).
Preview without an account. Anyone may open Home and create or edit cases without creating an account. Print, backup, restore, and laptop transfer require a developer-issued Missal Police Writing for Windows license. When that desktop license is issued we record the customer’s email and mobile number; Sign Up in this app uses that same pair once. Licensed mobile access lasts 6 months from Sign Up. We do not sell unlocks in Google Play or the App Store. Case files stay on the device.
Account information. When you create a Missal Police Writing account we collect your email address, mobile number, full name, district, a hashed password stored by Supabase Auth (we cannot read the password), Terms and Privacy consent timestamps and versions, and account access status. The app does not store your password in SQLite or other local files.
Authentication data. Sign-in session tokens are stored in the device secure storage and sent to Supabase over HTTPS so you can stay signed in. We do not log passwords or tokens.
Whether case data leaves the device. The current Missal Police Writing version does not upload case files, FIR information, photos, or investigation documents to Supabase or any other cloud service. If a future version adds optional cloud sync, that will be a separate feature and this policy will be updated before it is used.
Local SQLite storage. Case data remains in app storage on the device until you clear it, uninstall the app, or restore a different backup. Signing out does not delete local case files.
Third-party services (accounts). Account hosting uses a dedicated Supabase project for authentication and account tables only. Missal Police Writing does not add analytics or crash reporting in this version.
Data retention. Online account records are kept while the account exists. After you delete the account, the Auth user and related account rows are removed on the server. Local case data remains unless you also choose to delete it later.
Account deletion. Delete your online account in the app: Account → Delete Account. That is not the same as signing out. See account deletion. Password reset uses mpw-reset.html.
CDR Analyzer accounts CDR Analyzer اکاؤنٹس
CDR Analyzer (mobile) uses an online account so you can sign up, sign in, reset your password, and delete your account. This is separate from MPW case files.
Preview and licensed access. Anyone may use a limited preview (Import and Overview) without creating an account. Full investigation tools require a developer-issued CDR Analyzer for Windows license. When that desktop license is issued we record the customer’s email and mobile number; Sign Up in the mobile app uses that same pair once. Full mobile access lasts 6 months from Sign Up. We do not sell unlocks in Google Play or the App Store. Call detail records stay on the device.

CDR data processing. Call detail records, imported files, analysis results, maps, reports, IMEI / MFC / MFL work, FIR metadata, and related investigation files are processed on the device in a local SQLite database (CDR.sqlite).

The current CDR Analyzer version does not upload CDR files, phone numbers, IMEI records, cell-tower history, location history, FIR information, or investigation reports to Supabase or any other cloud service. On Android, you can create backups of your databases to the Downloads folder. Backups remain on your device unless you choose to share or move them. You are responsible for securing and protecting your backup files. We recommend storing backups in a safe location and not sharing them with unauthorized parties.
Backup and restore functionality is provided for your convenience. We are not responsible for loss of data due to device failure, accidental deletion, or user error.

The Missal Police Writing (MPW) app may request storage permissions for creating backups and printing. These permissions are used only for the stated purposes. We do not use device permissions to collect or transmit personal data. Camera or photo permissions may be requested for attaching accused pictures to case records; such images stay on your device.

We do not track your usage, location, or any data entered into case files. Missal Police Writing and CDR Analyzer each collect only the account email, mobile number, and related account/access records described in their sections above; they do not upload investigation contents. The website may collect minimal technical data (such as IP address) through standard web server logs; this is used only for maintaining the website and is not linked to case files.

Your data security is important to us. Since all case data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on your device's security measures. We recommend using device locks, encryption, and keeping your software updated. Do not share your device or backup files with unauthorized persons.

Missal Police Writing (MPW) is intended for use by police departments and authorized personnel. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
