Download software only from missalpolicewriting.pk or links we publish on our WhatsApp, YouTube, or social channels. We are not responsible for modified, infected, or fake copies obtained from third-party websites.
Windows packages are distributed as .rar archives. Extract them with a trusted tool (WinRAR or 7-Zip), then run the installer. Follow on-screen install instructions.

Missal Police Writing (MPW) and CDR Analyzer are proprietary software of HR Solutions. Your use is subject to the license terms provided with the product (limited or full). Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable laws and departmental policies. We are not liable for data loss, investigation outcomes, or damages arising from use of the software or website.
Missal Police Writing accounts Missal Police Writing اکاؤنٹس
These extra terms apply when you create a Missal Police Writing account (email and password) in the Android app. This is a different account from CDR Analyzer.
Acceptable use. Use Missal Police Writing only for lawful investigation and case writing you are authorised to handle. Do not use it to harass, commit crimes, or access data without authority.
User responsibilities. You are responsible for the account you create, keeping your password secret, and the case files you enter. You must have a lawful basis to process that data.
Companion license. Print, backup, restore, and laptop transfer are a companion to Missal Police Writing for Windows. They are not unlocked by in-app purchase or Play Billing. Sign Up requires an unused licensed email and mobile pair. The companion license lasts six months from a successful Sign Up.
Data responsibility. Investigation files stay on the device in DB.sqlite and Specimen.sqlite. Signing out does not delete local files. Clearing local data or uninstalling the app can destroy case files.
Account termination. You may delete your account in the app (Account → Delete Account). See account deletion information. We may suspend or reject access later by changing server-side access status if these terms are broken.
Updates. We may update the app, these terms, and the privacy policy. Continued use after an update means you accept the current versions shown in the app and on this website.
CDR Analyzer accounts CDR Analyzer اکاؤنٹس
These extra terms apply when you create a CDR Analyzer account (email and password) in the mobile app.
Acceptable use. Use CDR Analyzer only for lawful investigation and analysis of CDR data you are authorised to handle. Do not use it to harass, commit crimes, or access data without authority.
User responsibilities. You are responsible for the account you create, keeping your password secret, and the CDR files you import. You must have a lawful basis to process that data.
Investigation / evidence responsibility. CDR Analyzer is a tool. You remain responsible for how results are interpreted, disclosed, and used as evidence. We do not provide legal advice.
Data responsibility. Investigation files stay on the device. Back up CDR.sqlite if you need a copy. Signing out does not delete local files. Clearing local data or deleting the app can destroy investigation files.
