Document sequence in a case file, then how templates follow one FIR record

A complete missal is not one form but a sequence: the FIR record establishes case identity; zimni records dated investigation work; fard and maps put recoveries and places on paper; applications request procedural steps; chalan summarises for the next stage; the index lists what is actually inside the file.   1. Open Missal Police Writing and create or select the FIR / case.
  2. Enter core fields carefully: FIR number, date, police station, offence, accused, victim, and witness details as your office requires.
  3. Save the record before opening templates. Keywords in Chalan, Zimni, Applications, and other forms pull from this case data.
  4. Open the form you need, insert keywords or templates, then preview before print.
  5. If a field is wrong on many forms, fix it on the FIR record rather than editing every printout by hand.

An FIR (First Information Report) is the starting point of many investigations. In MPW you manage FIR details and then generate related missal documents for the same case — accused, victim, witness, and status tracking (for example under investigation, chalan, or other case statuses supported in the software).

Chalan چالان

A Chalan (charge sheet) is prepared when a case is ready for prosecution stage documentation. MPW provides chalan templates so officers can fill structured fields and print on A4 or Legal paper.

Zimni ضمنی

Zimni documents are supplementary case diary / case notes used during investigation. MPW supports zimni templates with keyword insertion so repeated case details can be filled faster and more consistently.

This is a teaching sequence, not a legal order. Many investigation officers: (1) create the FIR record in MPW, (2) write dated zimni as work happens, (3) add recoveries and maps, (4) applications as court dates require, (5) progress reports for the SP/DSP as directed, (6) chalan when the file is ready, (7) index last. Skipping zimni and jumping to chalan is a common inspection complaint. See complete missal writing guide.

Templates and keywords ٹیمپلیٹس اور keywords

MPW lets you keep station-specific templates. A good template has headings your reader expects and keyword slots for FIR number, accused, and place. A bad template still contains last month’s accused name. Delete unused templates. If a printed page is wrong, fix the FIR record, save, and reopen — do not “fix” only the paper in front of you. Androni vs beroni zimni اندرونی بمقابلہ بیرونی ضمنی

Internal (androni) diary stays with the investigation record. External (beroni) papers travel with the file. Dates, FIR number, and accused must match. If you use both, do not invent a second story on beroni that androni never recorded.

PFSA sheets need exhibit lists and seals. Warrants and 160 notices need correct addresses. PO and proclamation need a record of efforts to arrest. Maps need north and measurements.
